PACKAGE HANDLING FEES: MINIMUM HANDLING FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
The payment screen is controlled by PayPal. All shipping / handling / Tax costs are rolled into one. This saves the confusion. 99% of the time we ship by U.S.P.S.
SHIPPING: FOB Terre Haute, Indiana. ( Unless otherwise specified ! )
We ship by only by USPS in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. Currently: we have no International shipping . Items over 100/lbs will go out freight ship. (ALL ITEMS REQUIRE PAYMENT " IN ADVANCE !")
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY: All special orders require nonrefundable deposits. Deposit percentage is determined by the size of the order. 50% deposits are not unusual. All export special orders require full payment before processing. Call for details.
RETURN POLICY: You must call within 10 days of receiving your shipment for RETURN (RTA) AUTHORIZATION. All merchandise must be returned in original condition, including packaged items. A prompt refund or credit will be issued. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
RETURN TO STOCK FEES: ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE !!! All merchandise ordered and requested held for shipping at later date and canceled is subject to standard RTA (Return to Stock Approval) fees, 20%.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Not Available at this time.
TAX: Sales are based in Indiana 7% Tax. Any Swipe Card Transaction will have an extra 3% Handling Fee, per Jan 2013 legal Ruling for merchants
SERVICE CHARGES: All incoming wire transfers are subject to a $25 FEE, 10% surcharge for Hi-grading above single unit price, all refused COD's will be billed for shipping and handling fees.
CREDIT AND CHECK WARNINGS:All customers are responsible for all fees and charges for past due accounts. Fees include and not limited to collection, attorney, prosecution, INTEREST (2% monthly), and handling fees. All RETURNED CHECKS are subject to a $30.00 FEE. To avoid prosecution, return checks are to be handled promptly.
